There Dog Tracking Money in Argentina

Dogs to sniff out drugs is not new. However, in Argentina there are forces capable of sniffing dog who saved money in the suitcase.

Argentina has 300 dogs with that capability. They are deployed in the border country. Task type dogs and Labrador retrievers sniffed the money that is not reported to the immigration. What they are sniffing a banknote ink.

Last week, special forces found the cash amount is U.S. $ 30,000 hidden in the spare tire of a BMW car that will cross into Uruguay, Buenos Aires Herald newspaper reported. Legal limit of carrying cash in or out of Argentina is 10,000 U.S. dollars.

Seara border patrol gives special attention to crossing the border with Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.

But Argentina is not the only country that has a dog with special abilities. In 2008, a cocker spaniel found 250,000 U.S. dollars at the airport in Milan, Italy.
